See how Raian tracks bots, files, storage, messages, and tokens. Learn where to view usage, how limits apply, and what happens after upgrading.

Chat, AI builders, document generation, voice, and workflow AI reserve usage before generation. Bots belonging to the same user or team share the allowance. Requests stop when the remaining allowance cannot cover the reservation.
Usage can temporarily include an in-progress reservation. After a completed response, reported token usage replaces that reservation. If a request fails or is interrupted without usage information, its reservation remains because the provider may have charged it.
AI requests are limited to 30 per minute per billing owner, even on plans with unlimited monthly tokens. Text generation is bounded to 4,096 output tokens per model call and 20 AI operations per request. Large inputs may need to be shortened or split.
Browser voice recordings are limited to 60 seconds. Read-aloud plays up to 4,096 characters of a saved assistant reply. Voice and image operations reserve token-equivalent allowances; these safeguards are not a precise dollar spending cap.
Workflow and WhatsApp audio inputs are limited to 2 MiB, and image inputs to 4 MiB. These operations reserve a conservative allowance before processing; compressed audio uses a file-size limit rather than the browser recording duration limit.

- Gated features unlock per plan (web search, Drive imports, multi-store, MCP slots).
- If limits look unchanged after upgrading, refresh the Usage page to pull the latest plan.
- Keep an eye on storage/file counts before large uploads or Drive imports.
